Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm enrolled to Instant Ink for the past couple of months and never encountered any issues before until today. My billing / printing cycle starts today and I was supposed to have about 160 pages roll over to this month, but it was reset to 0. With my plan, I can have up to 300 pages. No break in service.

 

Please assist

Now seems to be fixed - coincidence, or caused by clicking on 'I have the same question'? 

 

Whatever the reason, it now seems OK.
