Anyone else paying their monthly subs and then finding because of the virus lockdown you are not printing what you would normally?  I have 278 pages left to print and the rollover is already full from the previous month.  If I downgrade I will lose nearly 400 pages I have paid for.  I think HP should allow limitless rollover due to the circumstances.

@Anglobod, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

If you have not printed all pages from your tariff, the unused pages will automatically be transferred to the following month. As long as you are registered for HP Instant Ink, you can accumulate a maximum of twice your monthly tariff pages.

 

However, I'd pass on the feedback to the concerned team with regards to the rollover pages.

Thank you I know all this but as I said if I downgrade to only meet my current (lockdown) needs I am going to lose nearly 400 pages.
