Product: HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've inherited a HP ENVY 5640 from a friend; her mum used it but died last year. I want to sign up for Instant Ink but keep getting a message that there is an account attached to this printer; the previous Instant Ink subscription was cancelled by my friend. Any suggestions? Tried going through Virtual Chat but that wasn't helpful.
