Hello, I am a college student who bought a printer (ENVY inspire 7200 series). I had the welcome kit sent to my apartment in July and saw that it was delivered, but I was not there to pick it up, and so I don't have it. I have been using non-instant ink for the printer thus far. Is there a way I can receive another welcome package to be able to have the ink sent to me. I can't get my subscription to send me some.

When I go to my page I get the following message:

 

Non HP Instant Ink cartridge installed

Insert an HP Instant Ink cartridge to make sure your service continues without interruption. If a non HP Instant Ink cartridge is installed, we won't know when to ship your next cartridge. You will still be charged your monthly fee, even if you don't use HP Instant Ink cartridges.

Visit the Help Center or contact HP support for HP Instant Ink cartridge issues.

 

I have visited support and couldn't get the answer I was looking for through the automatic message option.
