Hello! Can someone please provide me with or direct me to where I might find the Instant Ink "Terms of Service" that was in effect in October 2018?

The short answer is No.

The contract available to the public, to subscribers of the service , and to those of us in the Community, is the contract available "now".  There is no way to "back log" an old contract version - these likely do not exist outside of internal HP legal department.
