Instant Ink Transfer

Hello,

I have bought a refurbished printer and have been told by the company I bought it from that they no longer have the details of the past owner. 
It is possible to please transfer ownership of the Instant Ink to me as the owner is not able to close the account?

I understand you would like to get an account transferred to you.

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

We will not be to transfer from the previous owner to you without their information
