Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho, one color of my 304 Tri-Colour Instant Ink ink cartride are finished but the printer tells me that the cartridge is not to be replaced. Currently no longer magenta. I have already cleaned the print heads, but the magenta is not printing. What should I do?
