Hi there! I've just bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer from the UK HP Online store. There was a promotion advertised with this printer for 3 months free instant ink trial. I've just set up an ink account but it's only added 2 months with my printer code. Any ideas how to rectify this please? I have a screenshot of the offer as advertised when I bought the printer.
Also, I'm new to this instant ink thing. The printer came with set up inks that are instant ink compatible and say that they last for 1000 copies. The HP free trial is for 3 months for printing 300 pages a month but you have to start it within 7 days. Does the trial start after the set up inks run out, otherwise I can't see how it's saving me any money??!! Someone please explain!
Thanks loads!

Thanks so much to the lovely @asmita6658 for sorting out my instant ink offer issues! All was sorted quickly with my free months added and a little bonus too...on Easter Sunday as well! Great service and I'm so please to not have to worry about buying ink again.
If anyone else would like to try the service, do use my referral link and then we both get an extra month's worth of free ink!
