Hi,
I previously had a printer that qualified for hp instant ink which I then signed up for, but I have now bought a new printer and this printer has a 6 months free trial, I have replaced my old printer with this one on my instant ink account and changed the plan from the free one to the heavy printing plan seeing as I plan to be printing a lot more (hence the new printer as it holds more paper and is generally better).
I would like to know if I will get the 6 months free trial that the printer comes with or if there is a way I can get 6 months free as with my previous printer I didn't really benefit from the instant ink as I was only sent one cartridge in 4/5 years. I would like the free trial so I can see how many pages I actually need while I get my home business set up, then I can decide if I need 500 pages a month (probably do).
My account doesn't show a free trial but then I don't know if I have done the correct thing and I have just set it up so not sure if I need to wait, please advise.
Thank you
