Instant Ink account status and ink deliveries

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a 5020 ENVY and signed up immediately to Instant Ink.  Over 2 weeks I've used the printer a significant amount.

 

On my Instant Ink homepage the page count is considerably underestimating how many pages I've printed - but how can it not know - I have to be connected to the internet in order to be able to print?

 

It also says my ink levels are fine, yet the printer is warning me they are low (and the print quality is making it obvious they they're running low).

 

Apparently an Ink Order was raised 2 weeks ago, but there is still no shipping info provided and I've not had any ink delivered.
