Hello! I was recently given a used HP DeskJet Plus 4152. I'm unable to print since I keep getting the message "This printer is enrolled in Instant Ink", "Cannot print with the installed cartridges, payment needs to be updated and to sign in. I am unable to acquire the previous owners information. How do I remove the HP Instant Ink account linked to this printer? So I am able to print, I do not want to enroll myself into Instant Ink. Thank you.
