Hi there,

 

I needed to relace my empty setup cartirdges with the new ones. 

DFirst the sizes are different of the cartridges and I get the message ( free translated) "Problem with the cartridges, replace the cartridges and make sure is correct installed"

 

Well I am guessing, they sended me the right cartirdges? 

The small one is the setup cartridgeDutch message translated:  Replace the right cartridges and make sure its correct installedDutch message translated: Replace the right cartridges and make sure its correct installed

 

The small one is the setup cartridge and the big one the new one sended from Instant InkThe small one is the setup cartridge and the big one the new one sended from Instant Ink

 

How do I fix this?

UPDATE:

By accident I only got the new big black cartridge in and that works fine even a test page, thats really weird. 
Did the same with the color ink and that doesnt work, still the error.

Problem is solved. The new colored cartridge is DOA ( dead on arrival). I Get a new one.
