I received email a few days back indicating a full set of cartridges is on the way to me.
Not that I’m complaining, but the ones in my printer are still about halfway full, and you’ve already sent me 3 extra complete sets since August. The one that’s enroute will make 4, not including the set currently in the printer.
So, just an FYI. You might want to check into your replacement cartridge detection process.

I was able to check your account, I understand at you are receiving multiple sets of ink.
As you are enrolled in a 300-page plan, the ink order is placed every few days.
We do not have access to stop or enhance the service, please the HP Instant Ink phone support team(contact info can be found on the home page) for assistance.
