I changed the instant ink black cartridge a short while ago and now it doesn't work even though there is plenty of ink in it. I've tried using the support tool to clean it several times. I have now noticed that the cartridge is actually out of date, August 2020. As I pay for Instant Ink which is supposed to send me cartridges as I need them, why is this one out of date and how do I go about getting a replacement?
