Hi I have recently cancelled my instant ink subscription and moved back to genuine hp cartridges as I was not getting delivery off my cartridges on time but my printer will not allow me to print now. What do I need to do to sort this. I have tried reinstalling the printer but to no effect so far.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP printer after cancelling instant ink subscription.


You will not be able to print using the HP instant ink cartridges after you cancel the subscription. You need to purchase the normal cartridges from the store and return the instant ink cartridges.
