I have a HP Deskjet 2600 printer and it has started giving an error saying Ínk Cartridges Problem. It is a genuine cartridge and was sent to me by HP as part of the "instant Ink" program. It has not been in any other printer. I have taken the cartridge in and out (as advised on the help pages), turned the printer on and off, cleaned the cartridge electrical connectors but it still doesn't work. The error is related to the colour cartridge. But there seems to be no way to get a replacement as investigation of the error message says "I" need to fix the problem before they send me more ink!!!!
