Instant Ink cartridge error

HP ENVY 5020 ALL IN ONE PRINTER
Android 9.0 Pie

I have received my first instant ink delivery , which I installed both cartridges according to guidelines, but cartridge installation error constantly showing for black cartridge only. I have tried software download, cleaning cartridge and printer dots, restarting printer but still shows error. When I reinstall old black cartridge, the printer works and recognizes cartridge and prints a report page but again the  new one is not detected. Can an instant cartridge be defective ? Can I have it replaced although I just received it but is not working(only black one).
