HP OfficeJet 5741 e-All-in-One Printer

I have been dealing with degraded printing experience with my black ink cartridge. I've ran several multi-level cartridge cleaning sessions and other maintenance actions, and now black ink is not coming out at all when I print; however, the ink level still says it has some left, so it isn't triggering the order. The cartridge is over 5 years old now. How do I get a replacement please? Thank you.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Is the printer enrolled in an instant ink account?

Yes, as a matter of fact, I got the color cartridge just a few weeks ago. But the black one was worse of the two.
