My printer is an HP Envy 4507. I've been an Instant Ink subscriber for years with no issues. My printer has now thrown a print cartridge error message - identifying the black cartridge as 'incompatible' (it had been working fine). I've followed the prescribed trouble shooting routines - twice - to no avail. So I have to suspect that the cartridge itself may have developed a fault. It is still under warranty. How do I go about obtaining a replacement, please?
