My printer is HP ENVY4527.
I am deaf so unable to communicate by telephone I have been almost two weeks trying to get HP to contact me with a view to resolving this..
I have tried reset, update etc, etc, with no luck.
The old cartridge 63/302 is still functioning until it finally runs out.
The new cartridge supplied by instant ink is numbered 65/304 & the message reads "the cartridge indicated is not intended to be used by this printer".
I am very angry at the lack of support/interest by HP.
