Instant Ink cartridges made unusable after changing printer

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just bought a new printer, after having issues for coulour printing on my Officejet Pro 6830.
I wanted to keep the old one for usual black prints.
As a Instant Ink user, I informed HP of my new printer to transfer the account to my new printer.

Surprise ! As soon as my account is transfered, it is now absolutely impossible to keep on using my former printer.
What an incredible waste for environnement : I have a brand new black cartirdge and medium filled pink and yellow ones, and they became instantly unusable.
I find it completely outrageous as I was never told by HP that I will not be able to use my other Intant Ink cartidges any more...
This is unbelievable when you see the price of theses cartirdges.

Have you any experiences of complaining about that to HP ?
Thanks for your advices
