Instant Ink cartridges never came

HP Recommended

I signed up for Instant Ink about a month ago when I bought a new printer (HP Envy 6052) and it said the shipment date for my first (free) black and colour ink was January 18. It's February 22 now and I still haven't received the cartridges, despite it saying "You should have ink available to install. Check around your workspace; it might have arrived some time ago" for the cartridges on my HP account.

 

I checked the shipment tracking on Canada Post with the tracking #s and apparently it was "delivered" on February 12, and returned to the sender on February 17? My shipping address on my account is correct and I haven't moved anywhere else during this time.

 

I tried to contact phone support but it's taking a very long time to reach a live representative despite trying multiple times. Now I'm running low on ink and will have to go out and purchase ink from somewhere else. I'm a full-time student and I need to print a lot of documents for school.

 

Please help!
