My last shipment from Instant Ink was Feb 2021. @ that time I tried to install cartridges & had issues with ink everywhere. This had happened before so it wasn't a 1 time event.  I cancelled & purchased ink elsewhere ever since.  Several months later I realized that I was still being charged. I sent a msg to Instant Ink & told them to cancel & that I expected a refund. It's my fault that I didn't follow up & I should have realized that I was still being charged. Since my spouse pays our monthly bills &  I was shocked to learn that we were still being charged (12/2022) !!!!! I have tried several times to contact but they have not responded to my messages either @ HP or Instant Ink. I will now contact the credit card company in order to stop the payments but Instant Ink or HP is dishonest & after enrolling I feel that I can't get out of this! It's crazy as it isn't so much money monthly but it has added up to more that $130.00!!! That isn't the worst of it! As far as I can tell I am still being charged!
