Instant Ink defective

Hello, hope you are all well,

I have used up my black ink cartridge and have input the last new black cartridge that I have received but the orange ink light is blinking and there is a cartridge error when I input this last ink cartridge.

When I input the previous cartridge, (black) there is no error, only that it is running low, which is understandable.

From this I can infer that the last, new cartridge full of ink is defective and not functioning properly.

Could someone please advise me on how to receive a replacement for this?

I have tried to contact an live representative from the virtual agent for a while, and it is saying they are closed.
