Hello, 

 

I have a DeskJet 3637 printer with instant ink.  My printer, which is constantly connected to the internet, is saying that I have plenty of black ink; however, the black ink is empty.  I am unable to print anything because of the lack of black ink.  I am trying to home school my two children and the lack of ink with no way to reorder is extremely difficult.  Please help! Is there a way I can order more instant ink now?

I am having a similar problem. Received ink early April and installed. Work from home and for last week icon showing ink is low. Checked site and it says I have enough ink...which do I believe? My computer system also shows ink is low. Is this Instant Ink working? Wonder if I should cancel instant ink and order a cartridge? Don't want to run out while working
