Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

Instant Ink lost a customer today after charging me $95 for the pages I printed off on top of my monthly 5.99 plan for 100 pages. The thing is, I didn’t even have instant ink set up because my card got declined on the last payment, so when we got paid I went in and updated my billing and then was instantly charged $107! [edit], you cannot charge people $1 a page, what in the world! I want my money back!

After getting charged I reread the information about the service and see how they swindle you, you think you are paying for a cartridge every couple of months, but you’re really paying for how many pages you print off. This doesn’t add up as I have printed A TON of stuff off over the last few months (I’m a homeschool stay at home mom of 2) and I was never billed like this.

sincerely,

GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY PLEASE
