Hi there,
My black cartridge seems empty, I try to print pages and only color shows up, however, the printer shows that there is still enough black ink and no change of black cartridge is necessary. How can I request a new black ink cartridge? I need to continue printing documents.
My printer is HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer series. I already tried some troubleshooting with the cartridge to no avail. Can someone help me sending out a new black ink cartridge? Thanks.

Same here! The issues are : 1) There is no shipping tracking information that you can check online; 2) I ordered multiple times, and I was always told that the orders were processed but they were not able to help me with checking the orders.
I have been waiting for more than one week (still haven't received any orders yet). So I am not able to print for this time window. It is not what I expected. NOT INSTANT AT ALL!
