Instant Ink enrolment error

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the same issue as above when I am in the final step of signing up for instant ink service and to receive 3 months of free ink, the message ''There was a problem finalizing your subscription'' appears. I have contacted my region's HP support but no answer. Please help, my 7 days are nearly up to sign up for the service!!!
