Hi,
I bought my printer yesterday its the DeskJet 27100. It said it comes with a two month free trial. I have set up the printer today and also for instant ink but there is nothing showing about the free trial? I looked online and says you have to enrol within 7 days of set up to claim it which I have done on day one so not sure why I wasnt able to?
any help would be great.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have got exactly the same problem
I have just installed my new DeskJet 27100 and signed up for instant ink. It says on the box that it comes with a two month free trial but there is nothing showing about the free trial??
