Hello I just go this Deskjet 2700 on 12-22 and issues since I took it out of box. I have the apps installed accounts signed up for and signed into. I have an instant ink account. I got my welcome package today of new cartridges. I installed and since all I am getting is the ink level icons on screen flashing, instant ink icon flashing, error icon flashing and tri color light flashing along with the I light flashing. I am connected to wifi, I have power cycled a million times, unplugged, uninstalled reinstalled, removed web services, readded etc. I then out old cartridges back in just to try it and no warning lights or flashing icons.
When I got into instant ink online it says account info and etc. Says won't start il I use the new cartridges. Smart app says I have to be connected to instant ink account. I am so frustrated I want to throw this machine. I'm really about to return it and never EVER mess wit HP again. This is ridiculous. What can I do?

I am having the same exact issue and I just got my printer on the 22nd and just got my welcome ink kit yesterday. It's about to go out the window with me too. If I have buy ink cuz they won't do their job they will learn real quick what the alphabet crew is messing with me. I have 2 months free and I will cancel before they get a dime. Good luck hun.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
Please note that if you cancel the Instant Ink service you will be unable to print with Instant Ink cartridges and will need to replace them with retail cartridges once the subscription ends.
