I just bought Instant Ink and used it a couple times to print couple papers. After a short time, it stopped working. Instant Ink has expire day is a year, however it expire before that day. HP company should stop this kind of product. Please consider your company's reputation. Right now, whenever I contact their customer service, they just answer for new order, they just want to do their sale. There are no longer is customer care. Who want to buy your product again, HP?
