I don't understand how there is a connectivity issue, I am on the chat trying to get my ink cartridges to be recognized in my printer (for over 2 1/2 hrs) csr realizing that replacement ink is needed wanted me to originally wait 2 weeks for replacement ink. I requested the ink to be sent overnight and was on pretty much hold for another 30 mins, My case was upgraded to a supervisor, now I am waiting for someone to call. Meanwhile the updated date the csr told me was no 08/29. Still no ink. That delivery was cancelled because this was supposed to be handled by a supervisor.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
