Hi I signed up to instant ink and have printed 14 of my 50 pages but my colour cartridge is empty and pics for my project now come out wrong colour and it's showing the cartridge is empty but I haven't seen an option to notify HP of this or recieved a notice to say they're sending out a colour cartridge. My project is time sensitive so I am not sure how long I have to hang around waiting for new ink. Has anyone faced this issue? I thought instant ink would save money and be convenient but so far it's just frustrating and causing delays in academic projects.
