Hello. I just moved from the U.K. to the U.S. I have a new HP Envy Photo 6234 printer. I had instant ink in the UK. It is not available for this model in the U.S. I've cancelled my subscription and purchased normal HP ink cartridges for my printer. How do I remove the instant ink cartridges and install the regular ones. I have a message on the printer that says...Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink. I'm not sure how to open up the printer to put in the new ones. It usually walks me through the process. Thank you for your help.

Hi @beckstr
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As I understand, there's an issue with the ink cartridge. Don't worry, I'd be happy to help.
To better assist you - Did you perform a regional reset on the printer? The inks purchased in the US will not work for the printer purchased in the UK.
If you have not performed a regional reset yet, I have sent you a private message with the steps. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Once the regional reset is successful, you may enroll the printer in Instant Ink program with your new address.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!
