Hi,

 

I have not received any ink since I have bought the printer. The ink is empty now. I cannot use my printer anymore. Please, see what is going wrong with my instant ink subscription. I should have received some ink in December but it was not delivered!

Is your printer connected to the internet?

 

I understand your concern but don't worry we will try to help you out.

 

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com

 

Also, if the issue still persists, please share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and ship you the replacement ink cartridges.

HP instant ink is a joke I cant even find a way to contact them.  I ran out of ink ages ago as u did, not heard a word all you get in support is a robot.

 

Disgusted... will buy a new printer!!

My printer is connected to the internet I have emailed HP with no response I signed up to this plan trusting it. I shouldn't have to give details its all online via my printer. No faith in HP and will spread the word!!!

Please find the steps to send a private message. 

 

Login into the HP Community page.
On the top right corner click on the mail icon.
Click on compose message.
In the send to field type MrRobot and select the highlighted name from the list.
Type the content and subject lastly click on send message.

No thanks. Printers are cheap ink is the cost and I have no faith in HP now. My printer is online to them and I shouldn't have to go through all this hassle... i'll find another deal. 

 

Don't tell me to log into something and give me no link that's pointless!!
