My printer is sending me messages that the color ink cartridge is low, and when I check supply levels directly on the printer it shows the same. Anything I print in color is barely visible so I’m forced to use black and white only.
normally I’ve received backup cartridges well before I’ve needed them, but the only one I’ve received recently was a black ink cartridge. Is there any way to alert HP and request a color ink cartridge? And to expedite the process? (Usually I get an email saying “new cartridge has been shipped” and it takes a couple weeks to arrive, I’m based in San Francisco but I have no idea where they are originating).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance 🙂
