I've noticed on a rare occasion that my instant ink page count will read zero instead of the actual count when I'm logged in to my HP instant ink account. 

Here's why.

I realized that I was checking on my renewal date. Apparently, there can be a delay in the values being updated in the HP server, especially if you've changed your pages-per-month choice. Wait a bit and the correct data will be populated and show correctly in your account.

For me, Instant Ink is a great, money saving service.
