Instant Ink printer deleted then reinstalled - won't print w/o mothership

OfficeJet 4650
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer was/is enrolled in Instant Ink and I was having computer issues so deleted and reinstalled the printer.  It will not print without HP Instant Ink Status. I have a new email address and believe HP II contacted the old one but that message was lost. PLEASE HELP!
