Instant Ink re-enrollment

I am trying to re-enroll my OfficeJet Pro 6968 in Instant Ink. I have tried multiple times, exiting and re-entering web services.

 

I still have an account that comes up, all website information says my printer qualifies for Instant Ink, but I get two error messages:

1. Instant Ink does not work with my printer

2. my printer is already claimed

 

Last night, a CSR said my printer was "obsolete". Purchased in November of 2016, I find that very hard, if not impossible to believe.

 

How do I clear my printer or account to re-enroll?
