I have a plan for 300 pages per month. Last month ending 6/23/24 I used 226 pages. The additional 74 pages are not showing up in rollover pages. 

I have researched my account since January 2024 and every single month has shorted me.  I should have rollover pages of 182.   How can I rectify it?   When I went over my pages one month I was charged an extra $40 which was why I upped my per month copies.   I want the rollovers according to the contract to protect me from any more overages.

What is your Instant Ink account number or email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number, and contact phone number for further assistance.
