Instant Ink says my cartridge isn’t low but it is, and I can’t print

My instant ink account is properly connected to my printer, but it’s saying my black ink cartridge is fine even though it’s low on ink. I can’t print a single page and now I've wasted tons of pages in my plan trying different ways to get around the obvious: I need a new black ink cartridge. This is so frustrating given that the whole point of paying for this every month is to avoid this situation (being out of ink with no replacement cartridge ready). I’m self-quarantining to help prevent COVID-19 spread and there are very few alternative options to get this time-sensitive stuff printed out right now.

Hi, thank you for responding! I was actually able to resolve this over the phone with Support. My ink cartridge had dried out, and they shipped me a new one. Thanks!
