HI

I have seen solutions posted to this problem before but not for my printer model...

I have an Envy Inspire 7200e printer, brand new, and wantt o enroll in instant ink. I have set the printer up on the HP smart app on my macbook but when I go to finish the set-up to register for Instant ink, it says my printer is registered to another account. There are no other accounts set up, it was brand newa nd only I have used it.

I have tried resetting web services in the HP Smart app but that hasn’t worked. There isn’t an ePrint button on my model and I can’t find anything about web services on the printer menu itself.

I have now run out of ink and everytime it prints a new page about web services, its now blank so I can’t even see if its printing me the solution!

I’ve been round and round in circles in the software, manual and youtube - please help!
