HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer has not been able to print for awhile. It is actively connected to our Wi-Fi, but when I try to print it tells me that Instant Ink is not connected. When I click connect it tells me the internet is not connected.  In my online account it says the printer has not been connected since January 2024, even though we have used it since then. The HP Smart app says the printer is connected, but my HP account online says it is not.  
The blue light on the printer is steady and my router app shows the printer is indeed connected.
