Instant Ink shipment problem

Hi, 

 

I am currently using HP Office Jet pro 8020 Instant Ink series and it shows that the black ink are almost running out. I checked out my HP instant account and it displayed the shipment of the welcome kit is already shipped on 25 September. The status of the shipment is "on its way" but the tracking number is "not yet available." 

 

I cannot use the print at all because of the low black ink and sincerely need to get the new instant ink kit as early as possible. 

 

Please let me know the status of the shipment and hope to be taken a proper measure to fix this situation early.
