I've had my HP OfficeJet printer maybe 7 years.  I subscribe to instant ink.  Don't recall my plan BUT I am looking at a box of cartridges that I've been shipped but haven't been needed.   I just installed the black cartridge but have 8  unused color cartridges (3 yellow, 2 red, 3 blue).  Can my instant ink plan be adjusted so I can get these cartridges used?  Or can I send them back for a credit?  Clearly something is wrong here.
