Instant Ink tells me printer is offline HP Envy 5032

HP Envy 5032

Hi, I am unable to print. Instant Ink shows that my ptinter is offline. The printer is showing connected to WiFi with constant Blue light. However, if I try to print then tells me that 'cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant Ink'. I had enrolled and was on a free trial. Have tried several ways, restart, remove printer etc with no success. I'm losing my mind and the printerl is very close to end up heading to landfill.....but my envronmental beliefs are holding me back!
