Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

I am stationed overseas with a USPS mailing address (FPO AE), and would like to signup for Instant Ink. The registration page does not offer "AE" in the state field, however.

I've seen similar questions asked on the message board for APO/FPO/DPO AE/AP/AA addresses, which were answered that a private message had been sent with a workaround. Request to also receive the workaround to signup for Instant Ink with an FPO AE address.

Jay,

Not particularly helpful. Can't call the US phone number from overseas easily. And the automated chat thing stinks.

I'm posting this in the HP Instant Ink forum; not sure why the recommended solution is to contact the HP Instant Ink team. Why even have an HP Instant Ink forum, then??

This very same problem has been solved on previous threads via a private message providing steps to sign up APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All I'm asking for is the same.

I understand but there is nothing I could do from my end, you will have to reach the HP Instant Ink phone/chat support team for assistance with this.

They should be able to assist you with the issue.

Hope this helps!

I am having the same problem.   Companies like Amazon, banks etc. can ship to APO/DPO addresses.  Is there a solution or not?  I have spent two hours searching the website, getting no answers from the virtual chat, then having the connection drop on live support chat.  Yes or no, can HP ship to DPO address?  If not then I need to cancel my instant ink subscription.
