I recently went to use my printer and was informed that my account was suspended.
after some investigation, it seems that the only time in a whole YEAR that I used my printer I printed off approx 40 pages.
This was the only time I have used it. I now want to print a few pages off and I find that my account was suspended because my payment did not go through. The payment was small but that is not the point. It seems that because I printed off more than the monthly limit I was charged. To this day they are the only pages printed in a whole year.
So now my cartridges have been remotely turned off so I can not even use my own printer.
