HP Officejet 9020 - wirelessly connected directly to the router, 3 foot away. Hi there, I recently had to reset the printer enrolled in instant ink. It now says that it can't print until it's enrolled. I've been on the main page and tried numerous times to connect, but instant ink can't do it. I've checked out the printer connection  and it is defintely connected to the wifi network and accessible to other devices - ie my mobile phone, so it's a probably between the HP app and the printer. Any help?

HP officejet pro, 9020, Instant ink just won't reconnect to it, but my phone does, so I know it's there, and functioning OK.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet pro 9020 Printer using instant ink cartridges wherein you get the message “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink”.
