This time last year i enrolled in the instant ink service. I didn't use it until the start of this month so when i did i realised my payment card had expired. I updated this and was able print using the cartridges from the welcome kit i was sent. When my ink levels were low i didn't receive any cartridges and had to request some using the virtual agent however these cartridges aren't working? An error comes up informing me my cartridges cannot be used until my printer is enrolled in hp instant ink which it is. Has my instant ink service expired? Am i still enrolled after updating my payment card details? When i log into my account, it tells me my service has not started yet and will not start until instant ink is installed?  I'm very confused and would greatly appreciate some help! I've gotten nowhere with the virtual agent on the chat.
